Because the way I see it, with drivers being as bad as they are now, the trend would indicate that they would get worse as time goes on. And since it looks like a daily degradation of driving skill, 2012 will be the year when people forget totally how to drive and kill each other

A little compact car jets from the carpool lane clear over to the exit to get off the freeway in less than, oh give or take 200 to 300 feet? Now, to say I’ve never done this would be lying, but I don’t think I’ve ever done it to the extent of what I saw today.

I can’t imagine what goes through the mind of a person as they are performing this brainless move. I mean, what happens if there’s a motorcyclist just minding his/her own business and they take them out?

People really need to get with the program and spend more time paying attention to the road than just paying attention to themselves.
